Frequently asked questions
How do the ratings work?
You take or choose a photo of an outfit and Stilez uses AI to score it and give feedback. Scores and suggestions are automated opinions meant for style guidance and entertainment, not professional advice.
What’s free, and what needs a subscription?
New accounts get 3 free Rate My Fit ratings. After that, a subscription unlocks more ratings and full-access plans add the digital closet, AI outfit suggestions, and closet tips.
How do I restore a purchase?
On the paywall, tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple and auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and data. Note: deleting your account does not cancel an active Apple subscription. Cancel that through Apple first (see above).
Where are my photos stored?
Your outfit and closet photos are stored on your device. When you request a rating or suggestion, an image is sent to our AI providers to process that request and is not retained on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
