Terms of Use — Stilez

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stilez iOS app and related services (the “Service”), provided by Stilez (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Stilez, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stilez. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, and not to:

Upload content you do not have the right to share, including photos of other people without their consent.
Upload illegal, infringing, harmful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
Use the Service to build a competing product or to train machine-learning models.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

2. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Stilez offers auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. By subscribing, you acknowledge:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
No refund will be provided for the unused portion of any current subscription period.

Pricing and subscription terms are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

3. AI-generated content

Outfit ratings, suggestions, and other content generated by Stilez are produced by AI models and are intended as opinions for entertainment and personal styling reference. They are not professional fashion advice and should not be relied upon as such. Output may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for your own choices.

4. User-generated content

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload to Stilez. By uploading, you grant Stilez a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you — including sending your images to the third-party processors described in our Privacy Policy for AI rating and image cleanup. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload.

5. Intellectual property

The Stilez app, including its design, code, branding, and AI-generated outputs delivered to you, is owned by Stilez and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI output will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stilez and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Stilez in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account in-app via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [TODO: jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in [TODO: jurisdiction].

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app. Continued use of Stilez after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
